As of now, you cannot redeem your account online
You are mandatorily required to carry your original receipts and identification proof as mentioned in your personal details.Refer to terms and conditions .Please carry your registered mobile number as the redemption will be made against an otp sent on your registered mobile number
Only if you’ve nominated him/her at the time of enrolment, can he/she redeem the account on your behalf by completing the necessary mandatory processes.
You are advised to redeem within 361 days from the account opening date. Beyond this period AISSHPRA will process the refund.
Yes, you can redeem the account before maturity. Bonus however would be applicable provided you have paid 6 monthly instalments on the due date and the redemption date is in 7th month. If you redeem before 7 months then no bonus will be paid. Refer to t&c

Queries on Enrolment

Yes you can enrol online. However as of now the redemption will be made only at our offline stores and not while shopping online.
Anybody Indian citizen above 18 years of age is eligible to enrol
Once the first instalment is paid, you cannot change the instalment amount.
In the event of the death of the account holder, the account is transferable only to the person who is nominated by the account holder in the enrolment form at the time of opening the account. Minors cannot be nominated in this.
A single person can operate a single STS account or multiple accounts totalling upto 15000/-instalment per month

Payment

There are multiple payment options. You can pay through cash, cards, ECS, PDCs at our showrooms. You can also make instalment payments on our website or using your cards, net-banking. You can activate SI option on your credit card for seemless payments.
Whenever you want to see your Save to Sparkle status login into www.aisshpra.com,then go to my accounts,you can login through your registered mobile number as username and the password will be sent to you as on otp.
Yes once you are enrolled you will get payment reminders through messages however it will be your responsibility to pay your instalment in time if incase due to any glitch the message is not sent.
You’ll get a computer generated receipt duly signed by the cashier or store manager. You can go to my accounts in www.aisshpra.com and see your account details. You can also login to the aisshpra app available on play store and see your account details
If your payment fails due to any reason it will be your responsibility to make the payments by alternative modes to avoid late payment penalties.
Yes you can pay all installments at once but you will not be entitled to any any extra benefit or discount and your maturity period will also not change.
If you delay or miss paying installments, the discount shall be reduced proportionately to the effect of the number of days the payment is delayed by.

General Query

No. You cannot change any of the personal information given by you besides your email address
For making any change in the personal details given by the customer earlier,the customer needs to mail a request on info@aisshpra.com and call our help line number 18001201299. He would have to provide the necessary documents as required by us to make any change.
It is not possible to change your registered mobile number as your registered mobile number is the same as your unique membership number.
OTP is must for all redemptions irrespective of number of points being redeemed.

Otp will be sent on your registered mobile number and your email address mentioned in your personal details
If you do not receive the otp then you can request for otp via call on your registered mobile number
You can get the OTP via email address provided by you and In case you do not have an email address then a declaration form will be provided to you at our store which after being duly filled by you will allow you to get your save to sparkle amount adjusted against your purchase.

THIS programme allows members to earn & redeem points across all Aisshpra brand stores & www.aisshpra.com.
Membership is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens. The membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases
The membership is non-transferable
No it is not possible to merge reward points
Offline enrollment: Every customer who shops at any of offline store can enrol into membership through a simple process for which he will be assisted by our sales executive and after doing so his/her’s mobile number will become his/her’s unique membership Id.

E-comm enrollment: Any customer who transacts at www.aisshpra.com will become a Privilege member provided he opts for the membership. Customer selects a product & while checking out he will mention his mobile# for final billing, mobile# will be verified for membership status & an OTP will be triggered for validation purpose. Upon successful validation of OTP a membership form will be generated and after filling the required details and submitting,the mobile number will be registered as the membership number. For any future transactions customer can use the same membership Id. Customer will be identified through mobile# either for purchasing online or offline.
No it is not possible to merge reward pointsAfter selecting the desired product, customer will prepare for checkout. While checking out customer has to provide the mobile# & at the back end mobile# number will be queried for membership status. If customer is already a member then his/her rewards points will be added.(kindly refer to t&c) to his privilege membership number which is the same as the registered mobile number, if he is not a member then he can opt for a new registration.
Yes you do get reward points on your first purchase
Offline Redemption: at the time of billing you can opt for redemption and an otp will be sent to your registered mobile number and on entering the same by executive will be able to redeem your points. Online Redemption: After the OTP verification the user can reedem available reward points.

Yes, Points earned in store or online can be redeemed at store as well as online & vice-versa.
When customer transacts at www.aisshpra.com, earned points will start reflecting in their my account within 15 days from transaction
When goods are returned/transactions cancelled the points will be debited to your account.
Earned points do not come with an expiry period however if Aisshpra decides to discontinue this programme then it will inform all the privilege members in advance.
Customer can check his points balance by logging in to my accounts or call on help line number

Yes reward points can be earned while shopping with a discount coupon or under any offer
Purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards are excluded from this program. Customers cannot earn points against purchase of the same or redeem their points for the purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards.
